Plan an escape to the serene setting of Monteray Shores, nestled among the pines along the banks of the Currituck Sound. Our Monteray Shores rentals are adjacent to more than two miles of nature trails with Currituck Sound access. Our guests will be able to choose from a variety of amenities, including a large clubhouse with pool, soundside dock with boat ramp, half-court basketball, clubhouse with fitness center, games and tennis courts, and playground. This community also offers planned activities for guest during the summer season. The pristine beaches of Corolla are easily accessible and there is plenty of nearby community parking available. In addition to its ideal proximity to both the ocean and sound, our Monteray Shores vacation rentals are located just south of local historic attractions such as the Currituck Lighthouse and the Whalehead Club. In terms of shopping, our rentals are a short distance north of the Timbuck II and Monteray Plaza, which feature distinct boutiques, some of Corolla’s best dining, and other family fun such as miniature golf and watersport rentals. This subdivision is the only community of the northern beaches that offers a boat launch for small craft (kayak, sailboat, jet ski).
