Centrally located in the community, Ocean Sands offers a stocked freshwater fishing lake, a habitat for many different types of fish and waterfowl. The tennis courts located in sections D, F, and J are available to all Ocean Sands guests, but the Section O clubhouse (with tennis courts and a pool) is only available to specific homes as noted in their property descriptions. (As amenities, beach access, and parking vary per section, please check the individual home descriptions for further information regarding specific property offerings.) Please note that trailers and mobile homes are not allowed to be parked in the driveways of any Ocean Sands properties; parking is only permitted in the driveways of homes; golf carts and motorized carts/scooters/buggies are prohibited in Ocean Sands; walking and biking throughout the acres of open space are encouraged in the community of Ocean Sands.
